The holonic approach allows you to act following your own personal philosophy for the growth of HUMAN CAPITAL that shares a vision: to obtain the active involvement of the participants in the learning process on distributed registers. Whenever at least two people try to solve a complex calculation, they enter a learning process, motivated by the desire to know. The brain structure is layered in multiple levels, each of which is made up of networks of elementary units (neurons). The processing of information is carried out through the system of interconnections between the various levels of the structure. Each group of neurons specializes in treating different types of information and performing particular functions, relatively independently of the surrounding neurons.
